I met Winston at Pug Sunday and was immediately sucked in by his cuteness.

After a quick demo of his talents (wave, roll over, play dead – complete with a yelp), we made a deal: a little camera time for a handful of Pepperidge Farm baby cheddar goldfish. Winston was more than willing to look cute for my Nikon. So willing, that when I tried to stop shooting he made this “Please don’t go” face… and when I went, came at me with the “Wait, come back!” look you see in today’s picture.

In addition to being incredibly cute (with talent way beyond his 6 months) Winston has been given honorary wiener-dog status by the Daschshunds at his local park. He was recently neutered, but still hopes the girl dogs at Duboce Park will notice him someday.
